Gaeng Keow Wan Nuea

“Gaeng Keow Wan Nuea” ( แกงเขียวหวานเนื้อ ) is the Thai name for green curry with beef. For this aromatic and usually spicy curry, vegetables such as Thai eggplants or green beans are often used in addition to the meat. An important flavor carrier is Thai basil, which is stirred into the curry at the end and steeped briefly, similar to a tea.
