Fak Thong Yad Sai Moo Sap

"Fak Thong Yad Sai Moo Sap" ( ฟักทองยัดไส้หมูสับ ) is the name given to a pumpkin that is stuffed with minced pork and then steamed. The minced meat is mixed with red curry paste, fish sauce and various herbs. To make the mixture stick together better, an egg or flour is also mixed in, depending on the recipe.
