“Dok Gui Chai Pad Moo” ( ดอกกุยช่ายผัดหมู ) involves stir-frying flowering garlic chives together with pork and then deglazing with a mixture of fish sauce, oyster sauce and yellow bean paste. Often pork liver or minced meat is used instead of regular meat in this dish, then the dish is called “Dok Gui Chai Pad Moo Tap” ( ดอกกุยช่ายผัดหมูตับ ) or “Dok Gui Chai Pad Moo Sap” ( ดอกกุยช่ายผัดหหมูสับ ) respectively.
