Bon Khai Tom

"Bon Khai Tom" ( ป่นไข่ต้ม ) or simply “Bon Khai” ( ป่นไข่ ) is a very simple dip made from hard-boiled eggs, chili powder, fish sauce, and Plaa Ra. The eggs are pounded in a mortar and then mixed with the seasonings and fresh herbs. This dip is typically served with raw vegetables, pork cracklings, or sticky rice.
