Egg Noodles with Red Marinated Meat

"Ba Mee Moo Daeng" ( บะหมี่หมูแดง ) is a Thai noodle dish with yellow egg noodles and red-marinated pork ( Moo Daeng), drizzled with a sweet, red sauce. The two main components are usually accompanied by vegetables and garnishes such as coriander, spring onions, fried garlic, or sometimes wontons.

Depending on the recipe, this dish is served either as a clear soup or as a dry plate without broth. The dry version without broth is also known as “Ba Mee Moo Daeng Haeng” ( บะหมี่หมูแดงแห้ง ).
